Additionally the First Bank of Delaware the issuing bank has been sent a cease and desist letter by the FDIC demanding they reform their lending practices.

The Bank has withdrawn all the credit cards they offered and their is no news about them issuing cards again.

We have seen many bad credit card offers vanish from the market since the recession hit. However there are still some good ones available.
